Seven owners of illegal slaughterhouses in Rawa Buaya who are relocated to Rawa Lele slaughterhouse will get several facilities.
Slaughtering device capacity is 500 to 700 chickens per hour
West Jakarta Head Sub-dept. of Maritime, Agriculture and Food Tenacity, Renova Ida Siahaan, said besides getting license, they also get chicken slaughtering device.
“Slaughtering device capacity is 500 to 700 chickens per hour. They also get cold storage with 2 tons of capacity,” Ida said, Tuesday (3/15).
Illegal Slaughterhouses in Rawa Buaya RelocatedThe animal and meat will be checked regularly by slaughterhouse officer. Rawa Lele slaughterhouse also uses waste management installation (IPAL) and incinerator to burn dead chicken.
